Note by the author, 26 December 2025: After publication, I was able to obtain Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi's death certificate, which records his passing on 23 January 1952 in Brașov. Also, avocat al statului, the post held by Constantin D. Tușinschi from 1934, is best rendered in English as "state attorney".
